The year 1991 marked the beginning of a revolution in the world of communications with the publication of the first Web page. The period was difficult from the political as well as economic point of view. Few norms existed before the 2000's, different companies had created and made available browsers with proprietary functions. Sites were dull and insipid.
From the 2000's onwards, the arrival of new norms as well as blogging allowed improvements. The technology and the limited knowledge of web developers reduced the possibility for evolution.
Initially conceived for the desktop, the arrival of mobile terminals radically changed the view of the world towards the Web from 2007 with the appearance of the iPhone.
Nowadays the web is present everywhere, standards are evolving, moving. We must remain, however, vigillent as the Web must remain neutral, free and open to all.
